     Property owners should be able to take comfort in knowing there is a company out there that creates solutions and adds value in every relationship we establish. We find creative property solutions for homeowners and also fix and flip properties.

      My mother raised three boys on a waitress salary as a single mother. In doing so, homeownership was seemingly always just out of her grasp. We bounced around to different apartments and because she was always just getting by, homeownership never became a reality for her. She passed away in 2019 and a little bit of ownership in life is something I always wanted for her but was never able to help her out with. I do what I do because I know I will work harder and smarter to find solutions for people at whatever stage of proprety ownership they find themselves in. Property might be your most valuable asset in your portfolio, but time is everyone's most precious commodity. We call ourselves Property Time to demonstrate our apprectiation and committment to that value to such a degree that it should be reflected in our name.

     If you're about to lose your house, we can and will help. If you were turned down for a home loan via conventional financing, we can and will help.
